Are you a leader in the polyamory movement?
Okay - maybe leader is too scary of a word for some of us... Are you a poly mover and shaker? Not sure?
- Do you want to write, blog, podcast, or otherwise tell others about polyamory?
- Do you want to host or volunteer at poly-friendly events?
- Do you want to help poly or poly-curious people?
If you answered yes to any of these three (especially the last one), you are a mover & shaker!
Join veteran mover & shaker Jessica Karels for an exciting 90 minutes of discussion and exercises.
Together, we will explore how to -
- Learn your groove - discover what parts of the poly movement inspire you and how you can help
- Move & shake with your groove - do what you're good at doing and passionate about doing and stay balanced!
- Break move-blockers - overcome the four reasons people procrastinate
- Help others move & shake - connect and collaborate with people who share different skills and passions so that we can get a whole lot more done!
Guess what - this teleclass is happening one week before
the Polyamory Leadership Summit in Philadelphia, PA!!!
If you can make it to the upcoming Poly Leadership Summit - attend this teleclass!
The PLN Summit will be more fun and productive for you because you will know how to shake your groove and encourage others to shake their groove too.
If you can't make it to the upcoming Poly Leadership Summit - attend this teleclass!
In addition to learning how to become a better mover and shaker, we will help you find ways to shake your groove either on a local level (community organizing) or on a larger level (connecting with one of many national organizations).
We thank you in advance for your donations. Proceeds will be used towards Modern Poly's Breaking Boundaries '10 fundraiser. We have four awesome movers & shakers - Ashe, Mai Li, Randy, and Ranger - who need help covering the costs to attend the upcoming Poly Living Conference & Poly Leadership Network Summit.
At this point, the trip is almost fully funded - we are short the $ for a hotel room for them. If we're not able to raise enough $ for the room, they'll be crashing in Jessica's (this teleclass fascilitator's) room. Not only does this mean cramming 5 people into a hotel room, but it also puts a crimp in any plans that Jess has to rendezvous with her boyfriend that lives near the conference... ;)
Any proceeds that we earn above & beyond conference expenses will be used to cover operational costs for Modern Poly, and hopefully allow us to pay a stipend to our awesome writers.
Also - Assuming that technology works, this teleclass will be recorded in order to help ambitious movers & shakers in the future. However, don't wait - you need this info now if you want to make an impact quickly.
Space is limited - once we're booked, we're booked!
Sign up. Show up. And be ready to move & shake for the polyamory movement.
